We start with a consultation
Every blonde plan starts with your hair's history and condition. If your goal needs more than one visit to get there safely, we'll tell you — and map the steps.
Toner is part of the plan
A toner or glaze keeps brassiness in check and lets us fine-tune your blonde from cool to creamy. Most blonding appointments finish with one.
Maintenance you can actually keep up with
We'll be straight with you about how often to come in and how to care for your blonde at home, so it grows out beautifully between appointments.
Blonding FAQs
What's the difference between partial and full highlights?
Partial highlights focus on the top and around your face — a brighter frame with less processing time. Full highlights place dimension throughout the whole head, for an all-over lighter look. If you're unsure which fits your goal, book a consultation and we'll recommend one.
How long does it take to go blonde?
It depends on where your hair is starting and how light you want to go. Some guests get there in one long appointment; darker or previously colored hair may take two or three sessions to lift safely. We'll give you an honest timeline at your consultation.
How do I keep my blonde from getting brassy?
Regular toners or glazes, a purple or blue shampoo used occasionally at home, and heat protectant when you style. Your stylist will recommend what's worth it for your specific blonde.
Will highlights damage my hair?
Lightening is a chemical process, so we plan around your hair's condition — choosing placement, strength, and timing that keeps your hair healthy. Sometimes that means spacing the work over visits, and we'll always tell you when that's the smarter call.
How often should blonding appointments be?
Most guests come in every 8 to 12 weeks for highlights, with a toner or glaze in between if needed. Lived-in, dimensional blondes can often stretch longer.
